We are looking for a Tech Advocate with the R&Rs below.
- Be a customer advocate and build mutually beneficial relationship with clients
- Maintain a rhythm on customer feedback to help team develop and improve products
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of products
- Document relative knowledge regarding how-to/trouble-shooting guides
- Communicate needs and issues from customers effectively internally and externally without hesitations
The position is Taiwan based and can work remotely.
- 3+ years of experience in working in client-facing roles with enterprise customers in software fields
- Experience in Linux and Git
- Have impeccable attitude to customer empathy with communication skills
- Take prompt responding to requests from customers
- Proactive in learning and working independently
- Be reliable and accountable when dealing with customer matters
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Experience in Kubernetes is plus
- Experience in technical analytics or in technical disciplines in software fields
- Diagnose and provide pragmatic instructions to clarify customer problems.
